How long does each session last?
Each coaching session is 1 hour. This gives us enough time to work deeply on techniques while keeping you focused and energized.
Can I do sessions online?
Absolutely! Most of my clients work with me online via video call. It's just as effective as in-person coaching. If you're in Belgium, in-person sessions are also available.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals and current situation. Most clients see meaningful results within 3-10 sessions. We'll discuss this during your free discovery call.
